Pork Milanese with Uncle Jim’s Late Night Puttanesca

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 6 bone-in pork chops, season with salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar Uncle Jim’s Late Night Puttanesca

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Lightly flour pork and sear on both sides.
  5. Place pork in baking dish and cover with Unlce Jim’s Late Night Puttanesca sauce.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over top.
  7. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Serve with your favorite rice or potato.
