There is no more important day of the year for the DelGrosso family than Christmas Eve at our grandparents’ house. Our Aunt Linda treasures this traditional Feast of Seven Fishes more than anyone else. As a little girl on these occasions, she would reach for an apron and join her mother in the kitchen. “I loved watching mom create her scrumptious spicy Arrabbiata sauce. I still make it just exactly the way she did, and I’ll never change a thing.”
